Fun Run for All

Our annual What’s the Point .5K is a race around Westinghouse Park that spans half a kilometer and is the shortest race in Pittsburgh! It’s designed to bring the community together for some fresh air and a great workout. Every year we organize the event from the ground up, including recruiting sponsors, securing entertainment and food, and bringing in all of the runners. We use our expertise to make sure this event gets as much media attention as possible and that it’s strategically reaching targeted audiences through a social media campaign.

Fireman Creative created the What’s the Point .5K to contribute to the beautification of Westinghouse Park. The city of Pittsburgh is special to each and every team member here and we want to ensure that we do our part to help keep Pittsburgh retain its history and stay green. That’s why we also made the What’s the Point .5K a zero-waste event, complete with bibs recycled from past races, refillable water stations with free reusable water bottles, compostable utensils, and so much more!
